You probably have a pinhole in one of the nylon fuel connector lines. Take the engine cover off and start the engine and see if you can visually see a leak.

Code comes of for leak evac the shop ran smoke and could not find a leak I got a new gas cap, I don't smell gas help?

Make sure the computer has been reset since changing the cap. Autozone, etc. will scan for free.

The smoke test should have caught the problem provided the shop looked at the gas tank too. There can be a problem in the electric solenoid valving for the canister which can be concealing a leak beyond the solenoid valving. If the solenoid is closing off the flow, then it can also close off the leak.

As for smelling gas, its the fumes which flow in these hoses, not raw gas. If the Vacuum system draws the fumes in, or if the leak is rearward, there is less of a chance of smelling the fumes. Rushing air from driving will dissipate many fumes.

Traveling to texas i hit a semi-tire in the night and it tore some box near the gas tank and the engine light come on, wondering if it that hurt engine or will it affect oil, or what heck was that box, was...

Sounds like you got the evap canister box. Only used as a storage for gas fumes so they dont escape into atmosphere. Under correct conditions a switch will activate allowing those fumes to travel to the engine where it is burned. Try to locate and plug all loose lines from the box to contain fumes. After that you should be fine to continue your trip. The light will stay on until that component is replaced.

In the summertime mostly, the gas tank will build up pressure and make huffing like noise, release the gas cap and it lets out air whats wrong?

As bennet 860 replied the escape of air when you loosen the gas cap is normal. The whole evaporative system is designed to keep gas fumes from leaking into the atmosphere. While you are driving the EVAP controls bleed those trapped fumes into the engine combustion. All this is designed to help clean up the air we breath.
Gasoline is always trying to evaporate, so your Town Car is just keeping the fumes enclosed.

What is EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL INCORRECT PURGE FLOW in Mitsubishi Mirage? and how do I solve the problem?

fumes from evaporating gas in your tank are captured and absorbed by a canister rather than being vented to atmosphere as they used to be ... when you start the car it purges the fumes from the canister and directs them into the intake manafold where they are burned with normal gas ... often over filling the tank can cause gas to flow into the canister instead of just fumes .. this may, in time, fix itself if you avoid overfilling the tank unless there is a failure somewhere in the evaporative emission control system ..(vacuum hose, solonoid, gas cap and such) .. a bad, loose or leaking gas cap can cause a problem by allowing air to leak into the canister ..
