Basically any of the newer type of coolant that says on the jug that it mixes well with other coolants will do just fine. The original coolant that probably came with the truck was green.
If you want the original stuff, give your local Dodge dealer a call :)
There currently are 5 coolants used worldwide
They don't mix with each other

I have and always will recommend universal (Yellow colored) coolant. I'm not too sure if the brand even matters. I know that some people say that its best to put in exactly what the manufacturer specifies but I just don't see any draw backs to using universal. So as an Automotive Technician I recommend "The yellow stuff"/universal
Yellow --is GO5 for Fords
NOT Universal
I cannot agree friend. I currently work in a shop that uses a universal coolant that is yellow colored. I have also myself used a universal green colored coolant in my own personal car in a shop that I worked for several years back. Please do your research before calling falsities In my statement. and yes you are entirely correct there is a Yellow coolant on the market that is GO5. As to "put my money where my mouth is" I refer all readers to this page:http://www.prestone.com/products/antifre... Prestone does in fact make a coolant that is YELLOW and works with ALL MAKES MODELS and ENGINES.
