Question about 2003 Kia Rio
My car started having no power from 0-30 mph and after that it ran good i went to auto zone and had the test it with their little computer and they said it needed a maf sensor ( mass air flow) i replaced that and i still have no power from 0-30 mph so i took the car back to auto zone and no codes showed up and it pass the computers test but i still have the problem so one please help.
Your post is 2 years old .i started last week . im sure by now you got it fixed. if your still havinng a problem try reposting your problem. again with any new info that you have .

Sounds like something is drawing the
battery down...The best test for this is.... Well before starting
this test make sure your doors are closed and everything is off. Then
...Take (disconnect) one end of the battery cable, the Positive or
negative it don't mater witch one. Put a 12 volt test light between
the two disconnected (cable and battery end)...now if the light is
lit, then you have a voltage drain somewhere...to find out were it is
you will have too start to remove your fuses one at a time until your
test light goes off...for example: if you pulled your cigaret lighter
fuse and the light went off then you know there is a problem with
