You need a good auto-electrician. Something in the shifter is causing that fuse to blow. It must have some shared power. Your doors work fine. Take the control apart and check for chafing, and check all the way down to the transmission.

Trunk button inside glove box or on a remote? If remote, the remote might just need a new battery.

Might be able to unlatch it from inside trunk. The back seat(s) generally fold down for more "trunk" room. Try getting inside from there. You can take to a locksmith or dealer. Otherwise, ruin the lock by shoving a screwdriver in there and turning it forcefully..

The shifter cable might need adjustment from the PRINDLE switch on the transmission and the trunk switch needs to be replaced.

Hold the door lock switch on to the unlock 5-10 seconds and it should release the trunk.Both the passenger and drivers door operate this.

wire may be broken. if you jumped it and it worked you can run anew wire from the switch to the the fuse block where the original wire is. Trying to follow the wire under and inside of the dash will take a lot of time and you will need to take dashboard apart.
