On the Turbo there is a small vacume pipe that leads to the intake, ensure this pipe has not come off or become damaged.

Otherwise it may be possible that there is an internal problem with the turbo.

does it sound like there is any compression. remove cover on the right side that covers t-belt see if belt might have broken. if cooling system failed could have blow fuse for cooling fans. causing overheating.

Oil pressure light comes on when I put the car in motion (at about 2000 rpms)

all turbo engines have a oil line to the turbo. If it is not getting oil the turbo will burn up and have to be replaced. Change your oil and filter to start with.
