Question about 1999 Plymouth Breeze
Its behind the drivers side wheel well. look by your front left tire in front of it and you should see some butterfly nuts. its a weird spot for a battry lol i know, i have the same car

My 97 Breeze battery is behind the left front wheel. Turn your steering wheel all the way to the right, and lock in position. Remove the access plate in the wheel well.

You have to go through the drivers side wheel well to get at the battery, turn your wheel all the way and remove the cover, it can be found there.
