My blower does not blow air at all they say it was the blower

Needs to be properly diagnosed, it can be a fuse, it can be debris stuck in the wheel of the motor preventing it from turning. Pull it out and check it, sometimes kids stick the weirdest things into the vents. A jam would cause the blowr fuse to blow though. Some cases the actual motor does burn out. It can also be the head unit not switching, but that is less likely. It does not sound like a resistor because most resistors break in the high position. The first thing I would do is check for good ground and positive feed at the blower motor by turning the vechicle to the on position and the blower in the high position and with the blower connection disconnected, check to see if the blower is getting 12 volts from both the terminals. If they have voltage then check the bad blower for debris.

When i turn my heater on (and also the ac) it makes a loud humming noise. as i turn it higher the noise gets louder. I have a 2001 chevy trailblazer.

It is possible that a stray leaf or piece of debris is stuck in the blower fan blades. This is more likely if the noise began suddenly. You will have to access the blower and remove it to inspect the blades. If their isn't an obvious debris problem, the blower fan bearing may be wearing out and getting noisy; although this noise would slowly get worse and worse every day.

When the fan motor is turn on it sounds laboured, loud.very loud as if it was rubbing against something. never made this noise before.

Possible leaves or other debris in blower wheel from intake vent, you maybe able to clear it out by finding the heater box drain vent on the firewall and making sure it isn't clogged. Take a small thing like a straw and poke it into the vent tube[ careful there may also be water trapped inside] , that should give the blockage a path to get out. If that dosen't fix it, the blower motor may have to be removed to clean the debris out. good luck.

Sounds like a plugged evaporator core. The blower motor in located under the dash on the passenger side, behind the glove box. Some models have a trim molding which will unbolt for access. Once you have removed the blower motor, look inside the duct work and see if dirt, paper, ect has plugged the evaporator core. Sometimes a small vacuum cleaner will be able to **** out the debris.

Aircon not blowing through dash vents

If it blows thru other vents, your air ducts may have come loose. If you don't get any cool air, your coolant is low (it evaporates during the time and below some point it will not circulate anymore). Also the aircon blower can be faulty.

Every time i turn my heater or air condioner on it makes a ticking sound then it goes away after a few seconds it sounds like it coming from the inside by the glove box or right below it

Sometimes leaves or debris collect inside the blower motor case Also if the vehicle has alot of miles and the noise changes tones when changing blower motor speeds the motor may be failing or in need of lubrication. First i would check and clean the blower motor case of debris or leaves. This requires removing nthe blower motor and looking in the housing. Good Luck and I Hope this was very helpful.
