Why did you change that part in the first place? it is likely that the fuel injector resistance has dropped below specifications. It must be no less than 1.2 ohms and did anyone even do a thourough professional diagnostic on this truck before you dove in and changed parts?
How long will it run at a time? Can you keep it running if you spray carb cleaner in the throttle body ?

1999 Chevy blazer. Changed fuel pump, wont stay running.engine revs up and down, if I try to push in the gas pedal to see if it will clear up, it bogsdown and dies. Could this be the fuel pressure...

Yes sounds like a regulator issue. On the 99 blazer the regulator is under the plastic intake plenum and is a part of the fuel injection spider. I would also check for vacuum leaks and your idle air solenoid.

1999 saab cranks wont start

Disconnect your fuel filter and turn the key on. If it shoots gas several feet away, then the start cycle on the fuel pump is probably good. if not, then get a new fuel pump. If it's good, then the problem will be in your fuel regulator, or injectors.

Fuel pump is going bad-so i add fuel prior to each crank. usually stays crunk but cant get to stay now

This is most likely not the fuel pump, this is more likely the pick up coil in the distributor,or the cam sensor ,witch ever it has,the problem is the injectors are not working.

I have an 1988 chev truck and it wont get fuel. I changed the fuel pump the fuel pump regulator and the fuses. Could it be the fuel pressure regulator thats the problem. I pour gas in to the throttle body...

check the vacumn pipe that runs to the end of the injector rail ,their is a vacumn operated valve that if the pipe is perished it will never go as it will not allow petrol in

My 2000 VW Jetta won't stay running

not the fuel relay. the pump may not have enough psi to pump properly. and you ould have a blocked fuel filter/ ethanpl das has been none to clog lines, fuel pumps, and emissions.and injectors.

Change out your fuel filter first. Add a can of SEAFOAM to you fuel(parts stores). after changing filter. let SF sit in tank for 10-20 minutes in fuel. It will help dry the water that ethanol produces..,

If it turns over faster, and wants to start, that is a sign of EGS(ethanol gas syndrome)/ let it sit another 20 minutes and try to start. If it won't fire through the injectors, replace the regulator(which is also damaged), and that should fix it. Also have a psi done on your fuel pump. good luck

I have a 90 chevy k1500 350 tbi with same problem! I have traced problem to... after turning on key fuel pump kicks on when u crank it over injectors shoot gas and truck starts! After few seconds injectors stop spraying and truck dies! This can happen many times over and over! Eventually sometimes truck stays running and all is great! I changed ignition module, oil pressure sending unit (which i was told controls gas after vehicle is running) fuel filter, computer, fuel pump relay, I am at a loss now! Hope this helps and hope someone can help me!
