Question about 1991 Cadillac DeVille
(1) Clean the battery cables with a stiff wire brush
Remove both Neg and Pos cables; brush the bolt, washers,
and the battery terminals VERY WELL until shiny.
(2) If this does not clear the problem; check battery voltage
with engine running.. should be 16 volts from alternator.
(3) Check battery with load test (most shops do this free).
If all these fail; replace starter and soleniod...2 hour job.
