2004 Ford Focus. Horn will not work. Clicking sound when you hit area where horn is suppose to go off. The fuse was changed eventhough there appeared to be nothing wrong with it.

??? not sure what your asking or saying. if your saying horn was hit and now doesn't work, check the connection on horn & if you have a meter check if it has power while someon is pressing horn,check fuse/breaker or you need new horn.
Your horns are behind the grill and can be a chore to get at. Before you dig into that, you know that clicking you hear? Find the box that's clicking - that's your horn relay. Try replacing that first before ripping your grill out.
needs a new horn,try putting some engine oil on the front of it where the it vibrates ,then assistant holds horn on and you tap it with a small hammer ,if it starts working then make sure assistant hold it on for at least a minute then it should work ,
look under the dash at the fuse panel and locate the relay for the horn... replace it. quick way to tell which one it is is put your finger on each relay as you press the horn... the one that you can feel clicking is the one to replace.
