I know that on my 98 cirrus lxi, we blew the PCM thats the powertrain control modul while trying to jump start it, should be located near the fuse box near the fender

My speedometer and rpm gauge didn't work after my battery went dead, through research I was told to look and the gauges needle would be below the pin in the gauges (and they were) is this is true you can drill a small hole above the pin take a straightened out paper clip and lift the needle above the pin and my speedometer worked great, didn't try to fix my rpm gauge but my battery ran down about 6 months later and when I re-charged the battery the rpm started working again so I would take my battery cables off and let everything die and then re-start and see if this fixes the problem first.
