Driver side window won't roll up - 2002 Dodge Durango

I have the same problem however I know what caused mine. There is a lower glass run channel that has 2 nylon sockets in that channel. These sockets slide in the channel track with the window bracket attached. These sockets are nylon and will fail after time due to aging. They need replacement that is very easy once you get the panel off. (5 screws then lift the panel out and up) I haven't been able to locate the part number or the sockets yet. May have to call Dodge afterall....Hope this helps you.

Mazda 6 passenger window won't go up!!!

It sounds like it could be the window solenoid, or the window motor. It's unlikely the switches on both doors are bad. Check the solenoids and motors...

DRIVERS SIDE REAR WINDOW ROLLS DOWN WHEN 2006 DENALI IS STARTED. THEN WON' T ROLL BACK UP.

Got kids? VW electric convertible top - I found dried milk in the switch had same problem on turn on convertible opened and would not close, would have to use manaul bypass foldup. Pull window controller spray with a electrical cleaner then try it. If not dirty the switch is bad. May be in driver door switch or on rear door? Good luck.

There is no power to window switch is ok but won;nt roll down driver side or passanger side need to no how to get driver side window down antil i get fixed

Remove the door panel, and use two jumper wires to the window motor. One wire goes to a good, non-painted surface on the metal body of the van, for a good ground. The other wire goes to a 12 volt source. Touch the two wires of the window motor with the two jumper wires.

Tries to go up? Switch the jumper wires around, and try again.

I have had to replace three of the four window power regulators in my 2000 Durango. They just seem to stop working within a year or two of each other.

Window will not roll up

Their is a separate motor for each window. The least expensive fix is to replace the entire track assembly and motor. This is not a big job if you have done it before but it could be if you are not mechanical.
