Blower Motor not working

Blower motor was not working. Replaced final stage unit. After 3 months of working fine, it is not working again. What would cause the blower motor to not work again?
Heater control unit lights up and appears to work properly
Thank you for your assistance

Took 328I in for oil change and tire rotation. Left garage and noticed that eventhough ac was turned on, no air coming out. acts like a blower motor not working. Can't find where it is to take out and check. Fuses look ok?

Randdomly the blower will not come on line, stay off for a couple of days and then come back on. About the time I begin to believe it is "really going to work his time i goes off again."

A/C comes on at the desired level then it automatically turns it's self to low. The control panel indicates nothing has changed as far as fan settings.

Hello the problem your having with the blower motor sound like the blower itself the brushes could be worn out causing the extra load on the blower resistor you may need to have a blower motor installed hopefully you won't need the resistor hope this helps you

Heater relay 97 bmw

Go to the front power distribution box and check 30A fuse 20 (GRN/BRN wire) which feed power to the blower relay. When the ignition switch is in START or RUN position, the relay closes and power is fed to the final stage unit. Depending upon the state of the automatic climate control module, power output from the final stage module is applied to the blower motor. If checking all this does not solve the problem, you may have a clogged heater core

2003 E39 525d Blower not working

The most common issue is the final stage (electronic resistor) but if this has been replaced its probably the fan motor. Try giving the fan motor a knock. They sometimes get stuck brushes

What is the best access to the 2000 323i blower moter

remove Remove the glove box and rear trim panel to access blower motor, are u sure it is not the blower speed control that is the source of your problem? that is the most common failure
Here is a copy of the instruictions to replace that component if needed courtesy of Just

I believe that the component the BMW tech was referring to is the blower final stage (like an electronically controlled blower resistor assembly). This is a very common failure item on this model, and causes the symptoms you describe.
BMW has a revised part number for this component, which lasts much longer than the original design. When you call the BMW dealer for the part, it is #(P/N 64 11 8 385 549).
The IHKA blower final stage resistor is located behind the right side footwell vent duct. Here is the replacement procedure:
(1) Remove the glove box and rear trim panel to access the area behind the duct.
(2) Remove the two attaching screws from the stepper motor bracket and carefully disconnect the flap rod from the stepper motor arm. Remove the stepper motor to access the final stage resistor. Note: Do NOT turn on the ignition switch while the steeper motor is removed from the case.
(3) Remove the connector from the final stage resistor and the two attaching screws. Remove the IHKA blower final stage resistor and replace it with the improved PN 64 11 8 385 549

2002 530i bmw blower motor stoped working

Common problem. Most likely culprit is the "Blower Motor Resistor/Regulator; AC Final Stage Unit" Will cost you around $80-$100 for the part if you put it in yourself.

Climate control not working in 750

Sounds like a possible blower motor or blower resistor aka final stage. The final stage is mounted to the cover over the blower motor. I would first check the fuse in the glove box for the blower motor. I think it is a 30 amp.
