I have a 89 Mazda rx7 was in storage and I believe the gas dried up will not start

if it is spinning over as if there is no compression ( really fast) then remove the plugs and squirt oil in the chambers as you turn the crankshaft. This will seal the rotor seals and give compression.
replace the fuel as it may be stale. fill the float bowl by pouring fuel into the balance pipe in the throat of the carby (When the air filter is off you will see a pipe in the middle of the carby throat point up-- balance tube). Check that the fuel pump is operational.

My 2003 Mazda mpv is started it sputters and when given gas it bogs down

First i would replace the fuel filter. If the fuel filter is clogged it will not let ample amount of fuel to the engine. Very cheap part and usually is easy to replace. Might want to get the fuel pump checked out.

I can not get my mazda rx7 to run on its own. I put starter fluid in it and it turns over and starts but when i push the choke back in it shuts itself off. do you have any idea what i should do?

You are not getting fuel to the engine. Have a fuel pressure test run to see if you are getting fuel which I suspect is your problem. Have you replaced the fuel filter which may be clogged? The fuel pump may have failed. The carburetor may be clogged. It can be many things. You work by eliminating possible causes.

Your carberater is having problems getting the correct amount of fuel.Either a line or fuel filter is clogged or you need to have your carb. rebuilt.

At Idle Runs Fine, 50% throttle runs like ****

It could be a lot of things, if you can run some component testing. You should be able to narrow it down. Test the TP, EGR, IAC sensor, Look, does the car act up at high throttle while in neutral or just when its in gear? You may want to check the timing and look inside the distributor for any signs of water, rust, or carbon build-up.

Need to know where the fuel filter is located please to replace

do you mean it wont start ? if it runs but feels like its low on fuer try running it ( not driving it ) with the fuel cap removed and see if this cures it the air vent maybe blocked and causing a vacume in the tank , hence the fuel will struggle to get to the engine , , worth a try
