brakes locking up causing roters to heat up. Had rear axel replaced 05/30

- drivers side rear brake does'nt seem to release completely.Hubs were very hot to the touch.My mechanic has checked callipers, replaced hose , checked e brake brackets etc.flushed brake fluid seems to have improved .
the hubs are cool but still have a strong odor of rubber burning.
