THE AFTERMARKET ALARM SYSTEM IS ENGAGE AND NOT ALLOWING THE VEHICLE TO START. TRY TO LOCATE A VALET OR BYPASS BUTTON FOR THE SYSTEM. THE HORN MAYBE DISABLE NOT ALLOWING THE ALARM TO TRIGGER LOUDLY
