Question about 1995 Nissan 240SX
Plastic mud guard on the inside of the fender may be rubbing if a screw came loose or it is damaged. When you are going faster the wind will make the plastic stay in place thus no more rubbing. Take your hand and rub it all under the area above the tire and press up to see is anything is loose.
