Yes, change the battery in the hand held unit first.
Next could be the control unit.
Next could be that there is something brocasting in the area that is near the same frequency.
Does this only happen at home? Or has it happened in other areas also?
Is this a factory unit? Or an aftermarket install?

It's the " clock spring " . Dodge has a lifetime recall / replacement on this part. Somehow it controls the air bag and is tied into the horn and cruise control .

replace flasher......usually located in fuse block area...listen in this area....select passenger side ...then select driver side...you can hear flasher clicking...you have seperate flashers for each...FLASHERS are small cubes plugged into fuse block....probable bad driverside flasher

Is there a fuse in my dash for my fuel pump.please help me my horn doesn't work an neither does my fuel pump.I hear a clicking to when i push my horn.do u think I can change my fuse than my fuel pump will work?
