Since the drivers side window gets used the most , the window mtr has worn out..hold the window switch and give a sharp hit with your hand to see if the window will temporarly operate...let me know if that helps

no. all the windows get their power from the driver switch. you need to actually check the circuit..using a volt meter check for power and ground..you are missing one of them..

You can also put a volt meter on your switch. Power the switch on and off to see if you get a difference in resistance. if you do it is probably the motor

It sounds like the MAIN SWITCH on the driver's side "master power window control panel" is OFF or defective.

actually if i were you i would take a little walk through the local salvage yard and remove a switch from another gm car like the impala they were all basicly the same year to year they only change i know of is the plug on some but most of the time it was the switch face junk yard will charge you 5 bucks per switch usualy from the pick a part yard area and if it doesnt work than start to ask the dealer where the relays are located and lso check the wires from the car to the door or if they are contacts make sure they are clean
