I have a 2002 Volvo v70, 2.4t . The signal light on the right side stay on at all the time

I would think it is a short in the turn signal switch but I wonder how it is getting power with the key switch off.
I would unplug the switch and see if the lights go off. Could also be a short in the hazard switch.

Left rear tail light on after shutdown and key removed!

hi check position of your turn signals you may find it is to the left this is
park light function if you want to conserve battery power instead of putting on side lights
put the turn signal to whichever side you want illuminated
if it is still on in the neutral position then I would suspect a faulty indicator switch or possably a fused bulb elsewhere is back feeding to the light that is on check and replace any suspect bulbs

Where is the handbrake adjuster on Volvo 440 please.

Lift your car up, don't remove the wheels, no brakes, no gear. At the inner side of your rear wheels you'll see the brake clipper. There is a dust cap of appr. 1cm diameter, remove this cap and take a INBUS wrench. Turn the inner screw clockwise till the wheel stops. Then turn the screw 1/2 turn back. Do the same on the other side. Don't try the adjust the brake cable inside the car! Thats only used if you change the cable!

I have a 2001 Stratus. Airbag light stays on

That happened to me when the clock spring in the steering wheel broke. But the clock spring controls the air bags, horn and cruise control. Check if your horn and cruise control works. If not, I bet it's the clock spring from turning your wheel. It was about $150 to replace. Good luck!

Hi there,
If the light is on it means the ABS computer has detected a fault and it is disabled at present. You can try removing the negative battery terminal for 10 minutes then put it back on. Let the car idle for another 10 minutes and go for a drive . Try a couple of hard braking till the wheels lock. See what happens with the light. If it stays on then you'll have to get the computer scanned at the dealer's.
Let me know how you get on.
