Question about Ford F
If it was just the doors not unlocking I would think it is the solenoid controlling the door lock that was faulty, but in your case you can unlock door with key.
The problem seems to be more with car alarm, door locker, and remote.
In particular the remote seems not to be working, try testing the remote and trying replacing battery.
If the above does not work you will have to replace, the lock motor, or the lock solenoid actuator, the whole job will go for $350/$400.
If you want to do it yourself Hi, you can remove the door panels and with a test light see if the you are getting power on lock-unlock on the connectors for the actuators .
To replace the actuator:
"You should check to make sure that the lock rods are not binding before installing the new acuator if they are free and lock assembly it's self is ok then install the acuator. rear side door
Before installing the door trim assembly, check that all trim retainers are securely installed to the assembly and are not damaged.

Part of your post "car doors wont lock with key" initially seems to be a mechanical problem. You could try opening the door panel, perform cleaning to remove dirt, accumulated dust and possibly rust and spray with general purpose lubricant such as WD40.
Your other concern "lock motor in back door wont turn off until you unlock the drivers door with the key" sounds like an electrical problem but may be interrelated to the locking problem of above. Pls try the cleaning as above described and additionally check if there are any switches that may likewise be affected by any dirt/rust.
For a possibly more detailed solution, perhaps you could post back the year and exact model of your Ford vehicle.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.
