I m found that my T-tops were leaking and the water was corroding the wires as it got under my seat. I had to remove the seat (Thats how I found out the wire was Fried at the connection to the car) I went to a junk yard and cut out the wires I needed (only 3 that are connected together) replaced and all was good.

Did it rain before it happened? (Humidity?) It happened to my 2000 Maxima. A few days later it was OK. I also checked under driver's seat. I thought maybe I was pushing on a wire with stuff I had there..?

try jumpin power to your fan an see if it even works. i would then run car to see if u have power coming to the fan from your fuses an relays. they should be marked on fuse box covers.... need to start here first

Check to see if you have power to them with a test light. If yopu do, replace bulbs, if you don't check ground wire and circuit breaker.
