I have a 2003 3.8L town and country. It has an intermittent miss but it has not thrown a code. The miss seems to happen at certain weather conditions. Dry no miss, damp it begins to miss randomly.

Sound like electrical problem.
Get a water spray bottle. Go to the car at night and dampen all electric wires ( plugs, coils etc.) Start the engine in the dark and hopefully see what is putting out little blue sparks.

I have a 1998 chrysler town country lxi and when i go and start it up sometimes it runs good and then it starts and shut down to make it so bad the gauges will go out when this happens.then i will let it...

A similar problem happened with my Chrysler. After checking sensors, map, cps, O2, tps, etc. (TPS-throttle position sensor can cause a problem similar to your description.) When problem occurs gently tap on TPS for any change in condition. (tps located at end of throttle cable near air intake/throttle body.) My condition found to be a bad alternator. The slip ring brushes and worn to limit and just "barely touching" slip rings of armature. One may try tapping gently at outer rear of alternator housing while condition exists (with wood handle)----checking for any change. (Mine set code 41) BOTH OF THESE CAN BE DUE TO CHANGE IN AMBIENT TEMPERATURE WHILE ENGINE WARMS UP. BUT MAY REQUIRE OTHER TROUBLESHOOTING (????) Here is description of my problem as it happened in my chrysler. Good Luck.

Airbags and ABS lights are on, A/C and Turn signals do not work

I would take to a reputable mechanic to have a diagnostic performed. Sounds like you have a serious electrical problem.
