Your kidding, right? Put jack under lower control arm for that wheel, jack it up and change tire.

make sure that you got the right water pump for the car, some of the pumps turn in the opposite flow direction.

If it is anything like the expedition I own there is a chip in the key that needs to match the ignition for the vehicle to start.

Yes, it should be fine as long as you dont take fast turns on the way there, take it easy.

have you checked the pill in the key for the right resistance value?

if u have dual climate control you probaly have a short in the controller (where you set the tempature and blower speed) first replace this

well it has to be something that is turning right. If it is the torque the bolts are loose and that could cause major damage. check that and look around at the flywheel to see if something is rubbing

check the fuses in the trunk under the back window where the speakers are, I think it says "electrical" for the name of the fuse. It's a 10A fuse. But check them all just in case. I think you will find that when you are turning left or right, the gallons go up or down depending on which sensor is not functioning correctly.
