The battery is fine. The voltmeter shows +12.

There is no "click-click-click", just one click and nothing.

If you mean those lousy soft bolts they use to hold the starter in place rounded off when you tried to remove it then the answer is simple. Same thing happened to me, and I used my Sears Rounded Bolt Removers to pull them out. Just tap on the one that fits your bolt, put a 7/8" socket on it, and slowly back them out. Mine came right out using this proceedure. Now finding NEW ONES can be a problem, as they are metric. Belive it or not I had to go to a chevy store to get mine.
Good luck with the van.

Starter relay location

Sounds like the starter is going bad it is located on the engine no pun intended . The starter will be located where the engine and the transmission come together that is called the bell housing. The starter starts the car by way of the fly wheel dont worry you cant see the fly wheel just a little FYI. If you change it your self make sure to unhook the battery first to prevent a spark.

It shut off a few times when i hit the brake and slowed down, then days later i tried to sart iy and it started and kept shutting off,now it wont even turn over, but i have juice to everything

It sounds to me like you have a bad starter and that it may have stayed engaged with the flywheel. When you slowed the vehicle the starter may have still been in contact with the flywheel causing it to stall from the extra drag on the engine. Subsequently when you started it days later the starter may have still been engaged, but cooled off. It was all symptomatic of a bad starter. Now it has not only lost the battle to start the van, but gone as far as to join the other side. Current is still passing through the electrical system to power everything, but the starter is probably now locked up tighter than my grandma's coin purse. I hope that helps. Take the starter out and have it checked. Please rate any answers you may receive and leave a testimonial. Thanks for using Fixya.

Sometimes when i try to start my van, i hear clicking and no start, but will start eventually, always starts when van is warmed up, had battery, alternater and started checked, all are good, i think it...

the clicking you hear is the starter solenoid due to bad electrical connection, low battery charge, bad battery cable or bad starter solenoid.

When i start my van it just clicks and wont start

Start with making sure your battery is good (12 Volts). The other issue that could be is a bad starter and will need to be replaced. The clicking noise you hear is the starter solenoid working to activate the starter, once the starter has gone bad. It will not turn the engine, you might want to try to start the engine with another car boosting the battery. A weak batter will not have enough cracking amp to turn the starter, even though you have 12 volts.

Good luck and you can buy a rebuilt starter at Auto Zone, they will also have the step by step instructions for you to get the job done.

Thank you for using fixya and be safe.

Battery Flat
Bad connection on the starter
Faulty Solenoid on the starter
Burnt out starter or jammed starter (Try rocking the van backwards and forwards while in a low drive)

Will not start its clicking but cant tell if its from starter or starter relay

You are hearing the starter solenoid, even a high current relay makes little to no noise when it switches, this is probably being bad connections on a battery cable,or battery cable that has gone bad.

Engine start problems

the problem could be the starter, battery, battery cables, or alternator. the clicking could most likely be the starter going bad if not bad already or the battery weak or bad battery cables, if you have good power to everything else radio headlamps and heater the i would start by replacing starterlet me know what you find.
