Check your ignition fuse first. Make sure that the terminals are cleaned and you have a good connection and you see no damage. If that all checks out, including fully charged battery, it probably is your starter. Sometimes a starter can be cleaned out or tapped on, and it will start. You could try that. Also make sure you have a nice connection at the starter as well or you might only need a solenoid.
