If you have nothing at all, no power anywhere, check the connections on the battery and check the wires connected to the battery all the way to their connection points on the motor and the power distribution box for breaks and possible grounded positive wires. If nothing is shorted start checking the fuses and relays in the power distribution box under the hood. If any are blown replace them. In most cases this is a grounded positive wires near the battery or a blown fuse in the distribution box. This all assumes the battery does in fact have at least voltage to provide power to the lights and other systems. If it were just a matter of the vehicle not starting but the everything else working that would point to the battery having a dead cell or no amperage which is what is needed for cranking.
