P0137, P0138 or P0141 engine codes 1999 dakota

Don't know what to do? Explain that

You don't go to a repair shop ?

If you work on your own vehicles,
you would google the codes & learn
what they tell you

That said, you still won't be able to
diagnose & component test

Don't throw parts at it

01 Dakota; 5.9 auto. Trans. won't drive in drive,

You need to check for codes to see if a sensor in the transmission is at fault, The first step is always checking for codes if you havn't yet.

I'm getting fault codes 34, 53, & 25 on my '93 dodge dakota 3.9L magnum, but the code list isn't giving specific enough information...can you help?

Yea I get where your coming from, they give you general idea of whats wrong, or an in accurate list. Your going to have to have the codes extracted from the computer by a shop mechanic that can pin point whats wrong. The computer will hide the codes, thats where dodge gets their money. Hope this helps.
