Question about 1998 Honda CR-V
My 98 CRV shuts off when I'm driving from 5mph to 70mph with no horsepower and no electrical... the weird part is the car re-starts again with no problem.
Thank God for protection and I'm a skilled driver for prevention of an accident because unexpectedly with no power is a scary thought...
What I learned from this situation if this happens again is to shift my gear to neutral while car is coasting and restart the engine...

There is a factory recall for this problem.The dealer will replace the ignition switch free!! Check ownersite.com NHTSA campaign no.02v120000 Good Luck. Frank
