I just recently purchased a used Lexus the car hasn't been used for about 2 months now that I turn it on the radio or the inside lights do not turn on. Is it possible that the radio is locked and if so how do I unlock it? Thank you.

I know from experience that you should only use manufacturer recommended fluids in your transmission, Especially toyota, they are very peculiar about the fluids you use in them. Although the fluid you put in it may not cause any harm, it is always best to use the fluids recommended.
you have to enter code #, look in manualy they will give instructions on how to enter code also there is a card with radio code. if card is lost call dealer with cars id # and they may be able to give you the code, good luck.
There is an anti-theft relay that is stuck open. that needs to be replaced. I'm unsure of the location, probably under the dash somewhere. it will be a small, plastic box about the size of a pack of cigarettes.
