It's probably the starter, this is the part that gets the piston's moving with some energy from the battery, the fact that you hear clicking means that the battery has a charge, the fact that the car doesn't start most likely indicates that the starter is busted. When the starter goes bad on you, you usually have to replace the whole unit (low $100's in cost)
