Question about 1991 Ford F350
start at the pedal, and inspect the linkage making sure it is all connected. then wiggle the cable. it shouldn't move in or out, then follow the cable threw the fire wall to the injector pump near the top of your engine.have someone pump the throttle (not running) and inspect the linkage.

Just had this problem on my 07'
Threw about 10 differnet codes. Thought the computer toasted but it turned out to be a shorted EBS (exhaust back pressure sensor).
