I recently purchased a used Toyota Rav4 ’97 with 125,000 mileages on it.The first incident happen while I was driving on the free way exit when I had to slow down; the car start to rattle and did not know what to do so I kept driving until the next stop sign which the car started to shack violently and died on me. So I had to pull out and wait a couple of minutes and restart the ignition ….the car start moving again with no problem. This incident had happened for several times in the last three months.I took my car to several mechanics so far no body could tell me what the exactly problem is. To date I have changed Air Filter, Fuel filter, Fuel injectors and did a complete tune up.Could someone tell me what else to do please????

Sounds like the logic is going out. You could try to reset it. Plug the cluster fuse. Look in your manual, you may have more than one to pull. Leave them out for a minute. If it doesn't work, your looking at replacing the cluster. Call a dealer for warranty and recall info.
