You said you replaced the plugs - did you use the toyota platinum plugs? I found out the hard way that even the platinum plugs from bosch or any other kind of platinum plug just doesn't work right. Yes, they are more expensive from toyota, but they can make a difference in the way the engine runs.

Oxgen sensor. if it idles rough...sometimes close to stalling, but as soon as you give it gas she runs okay.... then it may be the oxygen sensor.

I put mixed gas in my 1984 Toyota Celia supra ran for a mile died wont start now

Gas mixed with What? It shouldn't have done anything to the fuel pump. More likely the throttle body, injectors or plugs are fouled

I HAVE 1985 TOYOTA CELICA SUPRA THAT WON'T STARTED. HAVE REPLACED SPARK PLUGS, ROTOR, DISTRIBUTOR CAP. WHAT CAN I DO?

Check your fuel delivery system, if the car is turning over and not starting you might have a bad fuel pump or fuel rail. Do you smell fuel when you try and start the engine? Or there is a longshot that the timing is off. Check the timing first.

Where is the fuel filter located on a 1984 toyota celica supra??

Have you looked under the vehicle, usually near the seating area, check on both sides, if still unable to find, located the fuel tank and then trace the lines forward this should run you into the filter.

1984 toyota surpa starts runs 10 sec. then dies

My first thought would be a bad sensor. Possibly crank shaft position sensor which provides spark to ignition. have you changed your fuel filter and cap and rotor on the distributor? Have you checked for any vacuum leaks? Is the check/service engine light on? You can test any sensor and RELAY with an ohmmeter in the ohm setting to see if there is continuity.
You can go to autozone.com and register for full free online repair manual for your supra.

Running rough like timing is out

check for leaks around the intake manifold, vacuum hoses and engine breather system. Look for loose wires, check the plug leads. Check the valve lifters for clearances, or faults if hydraulic you should hear them rattling while the engine is idling.Look at the disi cap, rotor and the cap itself for dirt, damp or carbon build up.
I hope this helps
