Usually the torque converter seal. But could be from oil pan, rear drive shaft seal, dip stick tube or coolant lines.
You should be able to look under the vehicle with flashlight and get better idea of where leak is coming from. If it is under back of engine area, like under the gas peddle, it is probably the converter seal.

2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.3L V6 was running fine and then the O2 Sensors went out. I have since replaced them but it with start then idle really rough then die if you let off the gas

Robert, have vehicle scanned for diagnostic codes. Check for vacuum leaks and if you have not done recently give vehicle a complete tune up cap, rottor, wires, plugs, filter's,etc, including injector/throttle body cleaning. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Random misfire cylinder 3

Smoke test entire vehicle for vacuum leaks

You don't have any idea where the misfire
is from, at this point, find out

You installed parts

That is not what you do,you diagnose & find
the cause of the misfire,no parts involved there

You don't have the professional tools or software
at home, to diagnose without wasting time & getting
no where

Could have a bad intake gasket or mechanical problem
in one cylinder

2001 Silverado: I'm leaking transmission fluid but it seems to be ...

there is a transmission fluid cooler built into the radiator of your truck, which means there are steel lines that run from the side of your transmission up to the radiator, on the passenger side of the truck. the lines are a common leak point due to corrosion. depending on where the leak is, the lines can sometimes be patched, but they sometimes need to be replaced (or fabricated). good luck!

2001 silverado 4x4 loud vibration at 50mph and speedo jumps around

Check your u joints and the transmission mounts. A worn U joints and worn Transmission mount can cause the vibration and can make your speedometer jumps around, cause the VVS is located at the rear of the transmission by the yoke. Good luck and check the VVS wire harness to make sure it's still tight and not damaged.

Rear Main Seal Leaking

Hello, it's not "easy" but, it's doable.
You'll need to follow the instructions and don't take shortcuts. ask for help if you need it.
Use this link to get an idea of what is involved. Ignore the "remove transmission" part. It can be done without removing the tranny. If you decide to do this buy a service manual to help you. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
