Question about 2002 Audi A4
Could be either of 2 things. one says "ABS" in the circle. the other says "!" in the circle. Both are related to the brakes. You are apparently a Canadian or you own a car that was bound for Canada. In either case you should not fool with this. You should be dealer bound. It could be as simple as the rear brakes slightly worn and the hand brake needs adjustment. You can tell if you pull the parking brake arm up and it travels very far then the rear brakes are worn. You can adjust this if you know how. Take off the fake leather cover and adjust the screw so the arm travel decreases. Don't adjust too much or you will cause excessive wear on the rear brakes. You should get 5 to 7 clicks on the arm. No less~!!!! Don't mess with this if you are unsure. In an emergency situation, if the rears brake harder than the front it cause cause problems. See a pro. you won't be sorry.
