Two common things, one is ignition switch, the other is the igniter for the ignition system in the distributer

Your honda sends a signal from the distributor to a module inside the car. Ensure that this module is grounded properly. You can do this by simply removing the module and cleaning the area, then replacing it. The module is held in place by two screws. Poorly grounded module will give wear or intermittent spark.

1985 civic driving with lite pressure on gas car starts to die and buck. Get heavy on the gas and it goes away.
