My saturn vue 2003 starts, but won't stay runing. What could be the problem. The fuel pump is ok.

Open your fuel door put your ear to the filler neck remove the cap first turn the ignition on but not to start it you should be able to hear your fuel pump if ya hear it you might have a cloggef fuel filter oh if ya don't hear any thing frim your pump it may be toast

I would start with the ignition switch.

Does the car loose power before stalling or does it simply die without warning? If it loses power first, you're likely looking at a fuel pump or fuel system problem. If it just dies, you probably have an ignition problem. Does the check engine light come on before it dies?

first of all, check the fuel pump relay to see if it is going bad. if it is ok! also try this, Have a person turn key to on,, and put your hand on bottom of fuel tank. if the pump is turning on, you will feel a vibration in tank. you may have to do this a few times. the pump only turns on for a few seconds to pressurize system, or to get fuel to the engine. just keep turning key on and off to recycle fuel pump. check the fuel PRESSURE . you still might need a fuel pump

check the crank shaft sensor ,check the timing belt . check the coil , check the fuel pump pressure

How is it "tripping" ?
The pump gets a signal from the ECM as long as the ECM knows the engine is running.
Is the check engine light on ?

sir have you checked for a bad relay / fuse first before&after replacing the fuel pump ?

primary supplies fuel to engine auxillary transfers fuel tank to tank
