My 2006 Honda civic has a underhood fuse box problem due to which horn of my car is continously blowing. Mechanic is suggesting to bypass the fusebox for horn and use horn directly with a relay as the...

The mechanic is right. The relay is needed to prevent voltage problems, but remind him that you want a fuse inline since one way or another, the original was fused.
Also ask him about what happens with the antitheft alarm. It is suppose to blow the horn with lights flashing. You probably will lose the horn for that task.
Since this is a Hybrid, it will be very difficult to obtain a used or Salvaged fusebox for your car from a Salvage yard. Otherwise using a used part would save you alot if you want the fusebox replaced.

Horn dont work need location of horn relay fuse fuse for horn

I don't see a fuse for the horn but I can tell you the horn relay is located in the power distribution box located under the hood of the car in the engine compartment on the drivers side of the vehicle. Below is a diagram of the fuse layout. The horn relay is the one marked "R6". This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you don't and would like a copy, you can email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. No worries, no cost for it. I hope this helps and good luck.

I have no horn and canot find the fuse for it

The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the horn fuse it should be around 30 amps.
But it may not be the fuse. Also check the horn relay and the horn button itself.

Where can i find the fuse for the horn

The horn fuse is in the engine compartment fusebox - left front of the engine compartment. It is in position #12 and is a 15A fuse, see image. The horn relay is also in that fusebox, shown in circle.

My horn doesn't work on my 1999 Acura TL 3.2. Is

Absolutely - You'll find it in the main fuse-box - probably located in one of the kickpanels (near your feet) or dashboard cover, or maybe even in the glovebox - There will be a fuse that feeds a horn relay - the ground side is fed from the horn pad, and the output side fed to the horn itself (engine compartment). The fuse for the horn is located in a fusebox with about another 25 fuses; and should be hot at all times, both sides.
