The flashers are usually located on the interior fuse block, either on the front or the back of it. Simply pull out the old one, and plug the new one in.

I cannot find where the flasher is located on a 99 Hyundai Accent. I read something about a fuse board but I'm not sure what that is.

the flasher unit is usually under the dash on the drivers side it could be a square or round unit with a connector plug on the top, when the connector plug is removed there are three terminals on the unit......hope this helps.......cheers.

No blinkers no emergancy flashers 1996 hyundai accent

most cars have a relay located under drivers side dash find it might also be located in a kick panel. it shoul be clicking when the signal is on , there should also be a fuse or fuses .if you need to replace the relay take it with you and make sure its the right one .always check and replace fuses first its cheeper to replace them should there be a short and they blow again . if they do blow you have a short.

Turn signals and hazard lights won't work. already replaced flasher unit and burnt bulbs but still no turn signals

Check the Fuse box loacted inside the hood. Look for the guidance on the top of the fuse box for locating trun signal fuses.

Check whether they are good. If not replace with correct rating fuse. If the problem is not solved still, wiring harness has to be checked as the bulbs & flashers are replaced already.

Turn signals dont work at all

Try your hazard lights. If they work, then it's your turn signal flasher. With your hazards on, listen under the dash for the constant "clicking". Locate the flasher for your hazrads... the turn signal flasher should be near it. Once you find it, just pull it out and replace.

You can use your hazard flasher in place of your turn signal flasher, just swap the two. This will get you to the store to buy a replacement.
