Why will the lasser radar control be damaged by scraping a curb?

If the curb was hit hard enough to cause an out of alignment condition of the front wheels then it should have the alignment checked and the laser cruise recalibrated.

Front bumper guard pulled loose on curb. Missing plastic push pins. One corner cracked slightly. Looks like it can be snapped back into place. Any suggestions?

New push pins and drill a couple hole on both sides of crack to install zip ties this will hold or you need to replace the cracked piece (bumper cover etc)

Abs light on with code 0285

00285 - ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Front Right (G45)

Remove the front right wheel, confirm that the tone wheel is intact and not all flaked with rust. If it looks good, scrape out the gaps and get a new wheel speed sensor.

Can`t move shift from park position

Are the front wheels up against a curb or anything that will not let the car roll back. If it is tight against somthing like a curb you need to get help to push the car up against the curb to release the pressure so it can be shifted. Trying too hard will bend the linkage then they will have to be straightened or replaces.

While parking I hit the gas instead of the breaks and the front of car went up on to the curb- what problems could this cause?

Possible, none, but...
It could have scraped or broken the plastic under the front, or damaged an engine or transmission oil pan. Get it looked at to be sure.

2000 Saturn S-Series undercarriage scraped

About the only thing you could damage as a result of going over a curb resulting in coolant loss would be damage to the bottom of the radiator...This radiator has plastic side tanks which are susceptible to damage...The real damage may be related to any under car crossmembers which may have to be straightend or replaced...Also check for any damage to AC condenser which is located in front of radiator...One simple way to check that is to see if AC is working now provided that it workrd before incident with curb

My 95 toyota corolla makes grinding scraping noise when going uphill. It's coming from the right front of the car. Almost sounds like it's coming from the breaks or transmission. A mechanic thinks it could...

Bad motor mounts will not usually cause the kind of noise you describe they will cause more vibration to be felt at all times.

Sometimes the brake rotor dust cover plate can rub against the rotor and make a grinding/scraping sound. Raise the car, remove the wheel, and check the clearance between the dust cover and the rotor.

If your shocks/struts are bad the tire could be rubbing against the strut. Check the strut.
