You may have sucked up dirt from the bottom of the tank and caused the fuelpump impeller to get jammed, you will need to replace the fuelpump, have the fuelpreasure checked and make sure theres no fuel pressure, if thats the case then the pump may be bad also after running out of gas it will take a few tries of starting to get the air out and the fuel in, it may also be a diffrent problem and may not be fuel but still start by checking the fuel pressure. good luck.

Hit the bottom of the fuel tank while trying to start it. If it starts then your fuel pump is going out. It may keep working as long as you keep fuel in it. but it may not work the next time you try to start it. They are just funny that way. Either way it needs replaced.

Tough one,Check all the fuses in the underhood box?
Fuse links are there also, pink and green plastic .Best
to check 'em with an ohmmeter just to be sure.Plue if
you remove them to check you can look for corrosion
at the terminals.
If the throttle pos. sensor is at wide open throttle the
injector pulse will be disabled. Could be the tps,
Hate to think the ECM is at fault,(like 250.00) but it
could also be the problem.

2007 Crysler 300 pulled in to get gas turned car off. now car won't start. got a jump car started. took it to auto zone. he said battery fine alternater was at 14 it was fine. gauges going haywi

The alternator may be charging at 14v but if the battery cannot hold charge, then a low voltage issue may be present. If a jumpt start worked to get the vehicle going, then I'm assuming your battery is close to dead.

2005 sedona won't start all of a sudden. Doesn't make a sound except for a tiny whirring sound like the feul injectors. Replaced starter...still won't start. checked all fuses...they are good....

you could just have dead cell in the battery which isn't getting enough amps to the starter,, have the battery LOAD checked,, that will tell you if the battery is actually good, just because it registers 12 volts isn't necessarily an indication that the required amps are present.

Saturn SC2 - 2001 1.9 DOHC 5-speed man. Runs fine, starts cold. After running for a half hour or so if you stop the engine....you sometimes need to wait up to five minutes before it will start again. ...

There could be a few reasons for that happening....It is most likely a FEUL problem. Is it feul injection or carburettor?? If it is a carburretor, then there could be dirt in the jets. You could also have an inline filter that is blocked & not enough feul is getting through to the carb. Another thing that could be causing the car not to start after being running awhile is if the feul line is too close to the engine and is getting too much heat, causing the feul to "bubble" and faporise in the line, untill it cools down. Another cause could be that the float level in the carb is set too low or you have a faulty needle & seat.

Hope this helps.
