Question about 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
Sounds like a faulty diode in the alternator. If you can get your hands on a multimeter, start the vehicle and check the voltage at the battery terminals. It should read between 13.2 - 14.2 volts DC. If not, the alternator is at fault and will need to be replaced.
