Replaced fuel pump and truck ran for 3 wks. quit running again replaced fuel pump again and ran fine. Was driving homr\e stopped at stop sign and truck quit running. Purchased a fuel pump relay installed truck ran fine unti I puilled up to stop sign then died. Engines turns over fine, but will not fire?
-   We had oil changed two weeks ago-no problems noted. Car died in driveway. Not battery-left for day came home and it started. started car this morning went to take to shop and will not start-   mother moe

More than likely its a bad termianal connection on top of the fuel pump. Its a comon with chevys'

Stay away from that stop sign. Try anther route home
Chevy Trucks, Blazers, S10 pickup and the like will vapor lock ecspecially the 2000 models. Do not tighten the gas cap past 1 click. There is a tube that runs from the top of the tank down and this gets hot and collapses or burns in half. We just bought a reinforced rubber tube cut it to lengh and use it instead of part and it's worked grat for 2 years so far.

Pick up was running just fine when got home. Than went to start up and engine would not turn over.Checked battery and battery cables all Ok.Also can get engine to roll over with screwdriver to starter but engine will not start. Was told by local Chevy dealership that the problem is cluster panel sensor is bad.
