Question about 1995 Ford Escort
Normally you can take off the spindel but if you remove brake disk and back plate you should be able to punch out the studs with no problem and than push new one in and press it in by tapping it with hammer on the back and than putting some washers over it and than tightening the lug nuts.
Or if you are comfortable with it remove the whole spindel section and put it on a work bench
