Question about Toyota RAV4
Does the radio still work, if so, the fuse is still good. Sounds like you need to replace the radio and some part of the electronic control for the a/c on the dash as I don't think anything else would have gone bad under the hood. the radio will pop out quite easily and is cheap enough to replace. It may be easier to take off the outer panel of the dash which is held on by bolts that can be gotten from underneath. Then you can work your way from the driver side to the passenger side to get the panel off. This will then give you better access to the radio and to the a/c control/wiring. Get a start on this and let me know of any questions that you may have while doing this.
