Radiator has sludge, removed radi. fluid and now only runs cold, whats up?

Heator core is plugged. Need to flush the whole system, and pray its not damaged. If it is just replace heator core its really not that hard I did my 00 Taurus in 2 hours.

My heator gets warm but not hot, inlet line to heator is hot but not outlet, only warms wherm

I would check the thermostat first. If that is not it you probably have a heater core issue. Check your antifreeze as well.

Duh-the heater output is low-the coolant level is normal. This is a GMC product which would make a really good addition to an artificial reef, but I live too far from the coast to walk home. Bummer

Heater core is eather stoped up or not working correctly, Check by using a clothes hanger and shove it up your a/c drain tube. This should be located on passenger side up by the firewall, Sometimes this gets stoped up. But more then sure it's the heator core. Best of luck to you.

How do you get the heator core out i got the dash taken apart glove box out but it looks like too much work

That's because it is!
Once you have the heater box assembly out of the vehicle, you will be able to split the two halves apart by removing the screws, to gain access to where the heater core is located. If you have A/C, it will be a major PITA. Good Luck!

You mean the heator core. It is located behind the the glove compartment on the passenger side. You can replace it yourself.
