Question about 2001 Dodge Stratus
Look underneath your seat and on the left side towards the middle of the car there is a small hose looking under there make sure it did not come lose, if it did just plug it back on. this might fix the problem.

The cable is broken under the seat you can fix it with a simple piece of wire and clamps
