If you havent checked the injector that would be one thing to do. since its a 2000 it shouldnt be anything wrong with the injector you might need to get the pulse light out check to see if it has power to it, or get the injector cleaned out and or replaced. first thing i would try is cleaning the injector. and if that doesnt fix it then you should probably get it changed.

Replacing the fuse the first time was the right move, becuase it could have been a fluke that it blew. Replacing it again and again was not! You should have found out EVERYTHING that the #2 fuse controlled and verified that the components weren't pulling excessive amperage (shorted condition). By replacing the fuse over and over, you might have made the problem worse by subjecting good components to something that was shorted.

BTW next time pick the oldest guy at autozone to help you, if the counter help knew their stuff they would have told you the same thing I just did!

I think you should check your battery and alternator. If they both check good you may have a battery draw, something draining the battery over night.Check your doors make sure they are closing like they should.

Crank sensor. Next time it does this spray some water on it and see if it cranks. Its by the crankshaft pulley towards front of car.

1995 Buick Lesabre: security blinks and car will not start

If the starter is turning the engine, try re-setting the security system (leave key on till light stops blinking.) If the starter does not turn, you may have some success in re-setting system, if not you need to check battery voltage and voltages in starter system till you find the problem...can be something as simple as a bad connection at the battery. If you need help with further testing, just ask.

Have the transmission serviced (should be done every 60,000 miles), a fluiid and filter change, there is a good chance this will cure the problem.
