Difficult to guess what might be wrong from such a sparse description - clearly your car should have a thorough and urgent safety inspection especially around the rear suspension/tyres and wheels/shocks...
From previous repairs at work for similar complaints, I believe the noise is comming from your strut mounts. These are the plates that mount on the top of the struts. It is a metal plate with a rubber insulator, the rubber tends to weaken over time and allows excesive movement.
Have the sway-bar end-links replaced. They will thunk and rattle over washboard or severe bumps, but will not when wheels are turned and sway-bar is loaded.Fairly cheap and easy repair, no alignment needed.
check shocks on back and sway bar for the engine wait until it dark and see if you have any sparks from wires and may need some new plugs i hope this will help you
